It’s that time of the month again…That’s right the SOPHISTICATED FOOD for the SOUL BRUNCH hosted by the One Mic Stand with Simply Nay, She Scenes Ent and Dj Mim is here. This month we are supporting  Beautiful “U” – Yes “U” was created to empower girls, women and the lgbtq population to find the “you” from the inside out; challenging each participant to fall in love with them-selves unconditionally, accepting and realizing their true purpose in life and why they were created Beautiful U Yes U will help girls, women and the lgbtq population by providing encouragement, support and intervention to find healing from childhood abuse, abusive relationships, eating disorders, low self esteem, lgbtq bullying, and self hate; moving them to new levels of acceptance and personal development for the betterment of their lives on a daily bases.
